Welcome to the public posting page for the Commission on the Future of Economic Development (CFED). CFED will be posting new comments, materials and items of interest that are meant to inform and create discussion among commission members as its work moves forward. CFED will collect and post materials that the CFED members send, any discussion of issues that happens outside of formal meetings, and materials, memos and comments sent by the public. Separately the notes, agendas and other supporting documents from the monthly meetings will still be posted under meeting documentation.
Each month we will archive the postings and make them accessible on the page but at a separate page. There will always be a "current" file, but we want to keep the postings manageable and to do that we will simply organize them chronologically.
Public comments on the work of the commission, or related to issues and materials that the CFED is charged to address can be sent either through the public comment form or directly to Heidi Klein. CFED will try and post everything in a timely manner and Commissioners will be regularly informed of new postings.
