The Snelling Center for Government, with Heritage Toyota, sponsored the First Annual Hybrid Car Raffle to benefit the Vermont Leadership Institute and the Vermont School Leadership Project. The top prize is a 2007 Toyota Prius, the nation’s leading hybrid vehicle.
