The creative economy is defined in numerous ways throughout the world. Although its definition varies the implications it has on the larger economic situation can universally be seen as positive.
This website explores the connectedness of the creative economy throughout the United States. Specifically this website connects Vermont to four other states, helping to pave the way for further growth of the creative economy in Vermont.
The states explored are Iowa, Montana, Maine, and Rhode Island. Each state can offer various elements to aide Vermont in the growth of its own creative economy. We have connected these states using a set of recommendations established by the Vermont Council on Culture and Innovation (VCCI) to further promote the creative economy in Vermont. For each recommendation offered by the VCCI Report you will find links to the policies and programs implemented in the other four states.
